The Early Years: A Foundation of Athleticism and Academia

2002: As a Division 1 NCAA soccer player, Dr. Longo’s early experiences shaped his understanding of physical health and discipline. His studies in math, physics, chemistry, and biology at Western Kentucky University culminated in a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology.

Chiropractic Visionary: Building a Multi-Specialty Clinic

2012: Dr. Longo pioneered one of the first and largest multi-specialty clinics in Tennessee, integrating chiropractic care with physical therapy, pain management, nutritional counseling, and primary care. He also managed a second clinic in Illinois, further expanding his expertise and reach.

A New Chapter: Bringing Advanced Chiropractic Care to St. Louis

2022: Returning home to St. Louis, Dr. Longo opened Spine & Disc Specialists to meet the region’s need for corrective spinal care, marking the beginning of a new era in chiropractic treatment.
