Dr. Longo was able to get me back to my old self after a car accident. Since it was my first time at a chiropractor, I was a little nervous, but he eased my nerves and explained the entire process.

My husband had been in constant back pain for years. It was really affecting his life in many ways, to the point where his legs were going numb. Best chiropractor in Stl!

First let me start by saying Dr. Longo is not the first Chiropractor I have seen, in fact I have seen dozens. However, he is the first Chiropractor who took the time to have a conversation with me about a typical day in my life looks like, my routines and took X-Rays of not just my problem area but of all the areas necessary to see the bigger picture. He used a combination of these tactics, so that he could start to get to the real root cause of my issue. After he gathered all of this information, he went into incredible detail so that he could educate me on his findings and a plan of action. This isn't a place that you go to that just cracks a few things and says, see you at your next appointment. Dr. Longo isn't just trying to fix the problem you are facing right now, he gave me the impression that he cared about fixing my overall quality of life relating to my spine/posture. Hands down the most professional experience I have had, and I couldn't recommend Spine and Disc Specialists enough. Thanks again Dr. Longo
